Product returns

At <URL> we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if you do not like it or do not like it or it is defective or does not match the product of your order, you have the right to ask for the replacement of the product to another number and / or in another color. PRODUCT RETURNS

Money is refunded in the same way the payment was made, within one week of the date we received the product.

Right Replacement within <NUMBER> days

To perform the replacement, the following steps must be taken within <NUMBER> of days:

1. Deliver the product and fill in the return form with all the necessary information to enable product return to be accepted, but at the same time there may be a possible change in color / number or other kind. If replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you to offer you alternatives.

2. The product you will return should not be used and be in its original packaging.

If the product meets the above criteria, you can freely send it back to a replacement or a refund.
If the aforementioned conditions are not met, then the product will be refunded at your own expense.
